Job Summary The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the company's digital platforms, executing online marketing campaigns, generating property-related leads, creating engaging content, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, property listings, and promotional content.
- Develop a consistent social media content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate qualified property leads.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), and lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and follow-up efficiency.

3. Content Creation & Branding

- Create attractive marketing creatives, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, property descriptions, and marketing content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external agencies when required.

4. Website & SEO Management





- Assist in website updates and property listing management.
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
- Conduct keyword research and improve website visibility on search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and digital campaign analytics.

5. Analytics & Reporting

- Track social media insights, campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and online advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, and content creation is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in real estate marketing and lead generation.
