Thisoutbound/field job requires good interpersonal skills and basic understanding of sales process and dynamics.Job Responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Conduct market survey to identify interested customers for taking loan. Acquire recent customers and expand the customers and expand the customer base. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Revenue Generation: Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products and achieve revenue targets through effective sales and relationship managementCollection Efficiency:
Improve portfolio quality and minimize customer delinquency rates through efficient collection practices Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independentlySkills and Qualifications Required: • Education: 10th/PUC/Matriculation (Pass) • Minimum Experience Required: 0-2 Years • The ability to sell and handle customers efficiently • Possess excellent communication and negotiation Skills • Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition • Capability to grow in a competitive environment • Proficiency in English, Hindi and vernacular (Reading, Writing and Speaking) • The role requires extensive travelling.
