Positions Available

1. ANM Nurses – Auxiliary Nurse Midwives

2. GNM Nurses – General Nursing and Midwifery

3. GDA Staff – General Duty Assistants

4. Hospital Nursing Assistants

5. Fresher Candidates interested in starting a career in nursing and patient care

Eligibility Criteria

- ANM, GNM, or relevant nursing qualification for nursing positions.

- GDA certification or relevant patient care training preferred for GDA positions.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Experienced candidates will be given preference where appropriate.

- Nursing candidates must hold valid registration with the applicable nursing council wherever required.

- Valuable communication skills, a caring attitude, discipline, and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, as per hospital requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

For ANM and GNM Nurses

- Provide nursing care to infants, children, and other patients as assigned.

- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

- Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of practice.





- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.

- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.

- Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and ongoing monitoring.

- Provide appropriate support and guidance to parents and attendants.

- Assist in emergency care and promptly report changes in a patient's condition.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional conduct in the assigned department.

For GDA and Hospital Nursing Assistants

- Assist nurses with routine patient care and daily activities.

- Help with patient movement, positioning, and transportation as required.

- Maintain cleanliness and comfort in patient care areas.

- Assist with feeding, hygiene, and basic patient support as assigned and appropriately trained.

- Help maintain supplies and report shortages to the nursing supervisor.

- Follow hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures.

- Report any patient discomfort or changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.

For Freshers

- Participate in hospital orientation and on-the-job training.

- Learn hospital protocols, patient handling, hygiene, and infection control procedures.

- Work under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.

- Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
