Our client, a multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Kolkata. The company is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband, and mobile services in the UK, and also offers subscription television and IT services.

RequirementsRequirements::

- Minimum of 1 YEAR experience in International BILLING Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle calls over chat in different time zones
- Experience in taking calls from global clients and providing professional and positive responses
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Positive technical knowledge





Qualification: Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 YEAR AND ABOVE BILLING VOICE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: 2 days rotational week off
