Virasat Realty is hiring an experienced Real Estate Advisor at our Sector 36, Noida office to guide buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and industrial properties across Noida and Greater Noida.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to buyers and sellers
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type) and suggest suitable residential, commercial or industrial properties
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Explain pricing, documentation and the buying process clearly
- Follow up regularly and update lead status in the CRM
- Negotiate and close high-value deals
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory




- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Strong knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida markets and localities
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and field visits
- Own two-wheeler preferred

What we offer:

- Fixed salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month
- Incentive: up to Rs 30,000 on closed deals
