## 1. Position: Production Helper
**Job Description:**
We are hiring Production Helpers to assist with daily operations in an aluminium manufacturing unit. Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Assist in loading, unloading, and handling aluminium materials.
- Support machine operators in daily production activities.
- Help with material cutting, sorting, stacking, and packing as instructed.
- Move raw materials and finished products within the production unit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- Follow safety instructions and wear the required protective equipment.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and production staff.
**Eligibility:**
- Freshers are welcome.
- ITI and Diploma candidates can apply.

## 2. Position: Machine Operator
**Job Description:**
We are hiring Machine Operators to operate and monitor machinery used in aluminium manufacturing. Candidates should be responsible, attentive, and committed to maintaining production quality and workplace safety.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Operate assigned machinery according to production requirements.
- Load materials and monitor machine operations.
- Assist with aluminium fabrication and processing activities as assigned.
- Check finished products for quality and defects.
- Follow machine operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report machine faults or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of machines and the surrounding work area.
- Support daily production targets and minimize material wastage.
**Eligibility:**
- ITI or Diploma candidates preferred.
- Freshers may apply, depending on the role and training provided.
- Basic understanding of machine operations is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
## Salary and Perks
- **Working Hours:** 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, depending on the assigned role.
- **Salary for 8-hour shift:** ₹12,000 per month + accommodation.
- **Salary for 12-hour shift:** ₹12,000 per month + ₹4,000 additional allowance + accommodation.
- **Accommodation:** Provided as per company terms.
- **Vacancies:** Approximately 30 candidates required for helpers and operators.
