Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hub Manager to manage day-to-day hub operations, ensure timely deliveries, handle delivery partners, and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in last-mile logistics, team management, and shipment handling.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily hub operations, including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments while meeting operational SLAs and performance targets.
- Manage and supervise delivery partners, including rider allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure adequate rider availability to meet daily shipment volumes and operational requirements.
- Monitor shipment aging, pending deliveries, failed deliveries, returns, and reattempts.
- Coordinate with central operations, customer support, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery success rate, productivity, attendance, and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards,



and operational processes.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve hub performance.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
- Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Prior experience managing a delivery hub, delivery team, or rider network.
- Good understanding of shipment movement, dispatch planning, and delivery processes.
- Solid team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage time-sensitive targets.
- Knowledge of the local area and delivery routes is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in last-mile delivery companies, courier services, e-commerce logistics, or hyperlocal delivery operations will be preferred.
