Job Description

- Lead a large team of 100–250 + field technicians, engineers, supervisors, and vendor workforce.
- Ensure SLA adherence & timely installation, activation, repair, and maintenance of JIO Fiber /Broadband (FTTH) & Air Fiber
- Ensure Customer satisfaction & minimize customer complaints and setting up highest standards of service offering as benchmark.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Monitor daily field performance and ensure achievement of business KPIs.
- Analyze the customer complaints for variances and initiate corrective actions - product & services
- Analyze Data and Forecast manpower requirements based on demand ,



Optimize technician-to-job allocation & Plan seasonal manpower requirements.

Experience Required

7 - 15 years ( in Customer service delivery , Installation , Repairs and Customer complaints resolution & managing large team size)

Education Required

Candidate should be fluent in Telugu as a language.

Should be from Telecom/ DTH / ISP / Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances / Smart Homes appliances background.
