Key Responsibilities (KRA)·

Check outlet status live on Swiggy & Zomato platforms and report discrepancies.

· Update and maintain kitchen contact numbers on S & Z platforms.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry across operational systems.

· Maintain and update operational data to ensure accuracy and smooth daily operations.

· Prepare and share periodic reports as required.

· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates.

· Verify data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

· Support daily operational activities and platform management.

Skills Required·

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Data entry and record management skills.

· Team player with a proactive attitude.
