We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in designing exhibition booths, stalls, event setups, and promotional spaces. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, develop creative concepts, prepare realistic 3D renders, and provide detailed technical drawings for fabrication and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create innovative and attractive 3D designs for exhibition booths, stalls, trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities.
2. Develop 3D concepts, layouts, elevations, and realistic renders based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
3. Prepare 2D layouts, technical drawings, dimensions, and working drawings for production and fabrication teams.
4. Understand client requirements, booth sizes, exhibition guidelines, height restrictions, and venue specifications.
5. Coordinate with the sales, project management, fabrication, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
6. Revise designs based on client feedback and provide multiple design options when required.
7. Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, branding elements, and decorative features.
8. Prepare final design presentations, including 3D views, elevations, measurements, and material details.
9. Ensure designs are practical, structurally feasible, cost-effective,



and suitable for in office execution.
10. Manage multiple projects and meet client deadlines without compromising design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, CorelDRAW, or other design and presentation software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of exhibition booth construction, fabrication materials, lighting, and branding.
- Ability to prepare accurate dimensions, elevations, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Good visualization skills, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert concepts into practical, executable designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in exhibition stall and booth design for trade fairs and expos.

- Knowledge of custom-built stalls, modular booths, product display counters, backlit signage, LED screens, and interactive displays.
- Understanding of fabrication methods, material selection, installation requirements, and venue regulations.
- Experience in coordinating with production teams during fabrication and installation.
