Experience Requirements (Mandatory):

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing is required.

Prior work experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

Candidates must have previously worked with a real estate developer, builder, construction company, or property marketing organisation.

Candidates must have hands-on experience creating real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, drone videos, construction progress videos, project launch promotions, and social media reels.

Applicants must share a portfolio showcasing videos created for real estate companies or projects.

Candidates without prior real estate industry experience will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit skilled promotional videos for residential projects, apartments, villas, and gated communities.

Create cinematic property walkthroughs, drone footage edits,



and construction progress videos.

Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and digital advertising creatives.

Apply professional colour grading, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop project-specific promotional content.

Ensure consistent branding, high-quality output, and timely delivery of all video assignments.

Required Software Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

DaVinci Resolve

Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic design tools
