Job summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Visa Staff member to handle visa-related enquiries, assist customers with visa applications, and manage visa documentation and processing procedures. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries regarding visa requirements and application procedures.
- Assist customers with visa application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
- Explain visa requirements, processing procedures, and documentation guidelines to customers.




- Verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain customer records and update visa application statuses.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and relevant service providers as required.
- Follow up on pending applications and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of visa applications.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, requirements, and procedures for different countries.
- Provide professional customer support throughout the visa application process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with an interest in visa processing are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
