: We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team, manage end-to-end US IT staffing operations, and drive placement targets.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and direct-hire positions.
- Source and recruit candidates across Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, and other IT technologies.
- Monitor submissions, interviews, placements, and recruiter productivity.
- Coordinate with account managers,



clients, and vendors to fulfill requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and improve team performance.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of US IT staffing experience, with at least 5 years in a team-leading or managerial role.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of US staffing processes, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
- Proven experience managing recruiters and achieving placement targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
