We’re looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers and recent graduates who are passionate about recruitment, communication, and connecting with people.

This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and an opportunity to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

? Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for Sales hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share daily and weekly hiring reports.

✅ Who Can Apply?
- MBA freshers or recent graduates from any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about recruitment, networking, and people management.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
