Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for our Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing organization. The role involves identifying, attracting, assessing, hiring, and onboarding talent across manufacturing, engineering, sales, and corporate functions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Conduct headhunting and talent mapping for niche, critical, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Perform field hiring and local recruitment drives for shop floor, production, technician, service, and operational roles.
- Visit training institutes, colleges, industrial areas, and job fairs for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports and maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
- Support employer branding, campus hiring,



and recruitment campaigns.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for all new employees.
- Coordinate document collection, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with IT, Administration, Payroll, and department heads for seamless onboarding.
- Ensure timely employee master creation and HRMS updates.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Address new joiners' queries and provide onboarding support.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for field hiring, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
