Key Responsibilities

- Manage supply and demand planning activities and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Process and validate warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
- Handle warranty exceptions, claim disputes, and escalations.
- Perform serial number validation and verify product or contract entitlement.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies, contracts, and service agreements.
- Monitor claims ageing and manage pending claims and backlogs.
- Investigate claim discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare operational reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.
