- Expertise in functional and technical knowledge of Workforce management tool (UKG workforce Pro).
- Experience in HR and Payroll integrations or suite of applications.
- Development expertise in BOOMI integration.
- Being an SME of the application understand the business requirement, translate that to the technical solution, and explain that to the developers.
- Hands on development when required.
- Database knowledge is preferred.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in solutions architecture or a closely related discipline
- Experience with end-to-end solution designs, architecture standards, integration patterns, cloud services, and technology roadmaps
- Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing decisions without direct authority
- Knowledge of solution architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integration, security, data, and architecture documentation
- Experience collaborating across business and technology teams
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills

- Lead complex solutions architecture initiatives and provide advanced subject-matter expertise in workforce management and related HR systems.
- Define or improve approaches, standards, and reusable patterns spanning end-to-end solution designs, architecture standards, integration patterns, cloud services, and technology roadmaps.
- Translate enterprise priorities into technical or functional direction and high-impact deliverables.
- Lead reviews and resolve complex risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Drive quality, security, privacy, reliability, automation, reuse, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted expert during critical delivery or operational issues.

- Experience with BOOMI integration is preferred.
- Being an SME / Solution architect needs to translate the business requirements to a technical solution
