NeetDeep Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-based positions in the ELV and Smart Building Solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and WhatsApp groups.
- Handle recruitment for technicians, helpers, safety officers, store executives, site engineers, and managerial positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in technical, blue-collar, and white-collar hiring is preferred.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
