Job Title - Solution Integrator / Infrastructure Solution Architect

Coforge is hiring a senior Enterprise / Infrastructure Architect to anchor large, integrated infrastructure-led pursuits for global enterprise clients across the UK, US, and EU regions. This is a deal-leader role — owning end-to-end RFP programs, orchestrating multi-tower solution design (Cloud + DC + Network + EUC + Security + Service Desk + Apps Ops), running customer-facing solutioning workshops, and shaping commercials for complex managed services and transformation deals. The right person has the breadth to architect across the full infrastructure stack, the gravitas to lead CXO conversations, and the commercial acumen to model integrated pricing spanning fixed-fee, T&M;, outcome-based, and consumption-based constructs.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end deal pursuits as Solution Lead / Deal Architect — from qualification through orals, BAFO, and contract closure.
- Drive multi-tower RFP responses across DC, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network, EUC, Security, Service Desk, and Application Operations — integrating tower solutions into a single coherent narrative.




- Build the deal solution architecture — operating model, service catalog, transition plan, transformation roadmap, automation roadmap, and steady-state run model.
- Lead the deal solution war-room — orchestrate tower architects, delivery, transition, transformation, GTM, finance, legal, and partner ecosystem.
- Author executive summaries, win themes, and proposal narratives; defend the solution at oral presentations and BAFO rounds. Customer Engagement
- Run CXO-level discovery and solutioning workshops (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO) translate business outcomes into infrastructure transformation programs.
- Manage customer calls, due-diligence sessions, and site visits through the pursuit lifecycle.
- Handle objection management, clarifications, and negotiations — technical, commercial, and contractual.

- Experience with a leading IT services / outsourcing firms
- Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI led infrastructure transformation narratives
- Prior delivery (Hand-On/ Program/Engagement Manager) before moving to presales
- M&A; / carve-out / DC exit / cloud-first transformation experience
