Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, aligned with client and agency goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with visual content briefs, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages,



and gathering insights to improve campaign performance. The intern will collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to help execute social media strategies, track basic metrics, and contribute ideas for campaigns and trends.

This is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring consistent collaboration with team members and participation in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to support brand-building and engagement.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign objectives.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear written and verbal expression and an eye for brand-appropriate tone.
- Interest in social media trends, analytics, and platform best practices; basic familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or similar is beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback to refine content and ideas.
