Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Rohini. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for each platform, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, proposing new ideas to improve reach and engagement, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective content strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
- Clear, concise writing skills for posts, captions, and short-form content, with attention to tone and audience.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with online communities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of online advertising and lead generation.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and content calendars.
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial.
