About The Role

We are hiring a ServiceNow AI Governance & Agentic Control Tower Specialist to design and implement AI governance, risk management, and agentic AI control capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design governance processes for AI systems, models, agents, prompts, datasets, and third-party AI services.
- Manage AI inventory, risk classification, approvals, controls, evidence, and lifecycle processes.
- Build workflows and dashboards using ServiceNow Flow Designer / Workflow Studio.
- Implement controls for AI agents, tool permissions, human approvals, and auditability.
- Integrate ServiceNow with GRC tools, identity systems, AI platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Work with risk, security, privacy, data, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of overall technology experience.
- Mandatory hands-on ServiceNow configuration or development experience.
- Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, technology risk, GRC, or control-tower implementation.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer / Workflow Studio, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, tables, roles,



and ACLs.
- Understanding of AI agents, workflows, authorization, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, role-based access, OAuth/OIDC, and audit trails.
- Experience with APIs, REST, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.

Good to Have

- ServiceNow AI Control Tower, AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, or AI Search.
- ServiceNow IRM/GRC, ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, or App Engine.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Certifications in ServiceNow, AI governance, risk, security, or privacy.

Experience Level: Senior Consultant / Lead Specialist / Solution Architect. Key: ServiceNow experience is mandatory. ServiceNow AI Control Tower experience is preferred but not mandatory.
