Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical vision, strategy, and engineering roadmap for our global enterprise infrastructure.

In this role, you will act as the primary technical anchor for our modern workplace ecosystem. You will translate complex business goals into scalable, secure, and cloud-first technical blueprints. What You’ll Do

- Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect comprehensive, cross-platform infrastructure blueprints that unify diverse operating systems, cloud applications, and hardware environments.
- Define Enterprise Baselines: Establish global security, compliance, and configuration profiles, ensuring all corporate assets adhere to strict zero-trust principles.
- Lead Up-to-date Provisioning: Build and scale automated, factory-to-user deployment frameworks to streamline device and software lifecycle management.
- Drive Identity & Access Integration:



Partner with security teams to integrate system compliance data with central Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools to enforce context-aware access policies.
- Champion Automation: Lead the development of advanced scripting workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and API integrations to eliminate manual overhead and orchestrate tasks at scale.
- Provide Governance & Support: Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex system failures and author detailed architectural documentation for engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Architectural Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure design.
- Platform & OS Agnostic: Proven track record designing solutions for diverse environments across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating platforms.
- Identity & Security Fluency: Deep understanding of modern identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), single sign-on (SSO), and conditional access architecture.
- Advanced Scripting: Strong proficiency in using automation frameworks, scripting languages, and APIs to handle configuration management at scale.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to pitch complex technical architectures to executives while collaborating deeply with execution teams.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Recognised industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, TOGAF, or CISSP).
- Experience architecting major legacy-to-cloud infrastructure transformations for global environments.
