We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in campaign management, bidding strategies, budget optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance marketing analytics.
The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates, optimizing advertising expenditure, and achieving measurable business growth.
We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of performance marketing results rather than simply execute campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types.
- Develop effective bidding strategies, including Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS, and other suitable automated or manual bidding approaches.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending based on lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keyword optimization, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, campaign structure, and quality-related metrics to improve performance.
- Monitor impression share, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and other relevant campaign metrics.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
- Diagnose campaign performance issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
2. Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation, website conversions, remarketing, and customer acquisition.
- Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, retargeting strategies, and creative testing frameworks.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing advertisements, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize CPL, qualified lead cost, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze campaign fatigue, audience saturation, frequency, and declining performance.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality and cost efficiency.
3. Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business revenue targets.
- Establish campaign-level, channel-level, and monthly performance targets.
- Manage advertising budgets across Google and Meta based on business priorities and measurable results.
- Build structured experimentation plans to identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze the complete marketing funnel, from impressions and clicks to leads, qualified opportunities, sales, and revenue.
- Identify bottlenecks in lead generation and recommend improvements to landing pages, lead forms, targeting, and conversion processes.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Develop scalable paid acquisition strategies for multiple products, courses, markets, and customer segments.
4. Bidding, Budget & Cost Optimization
- Take ownership of bidding strategies and budget allocation across advertising platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make timely bidding and budget adjustments.
- Identify campaigns consuming excessive budgets without generating quality leads or conversions.
- Optimize cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per acquisition, and return on advertising spend, as applicable.
- Develop budget allocation strategies based on campaign performance and business priorities.
- Ensure that campaign scaling decisions are supported by reliable performance data.
- Maintain appropriate testing budgets while protecting overall marketing efficiency.
- Forecast lead volumes and advertising expenditure based on historical performance and business targets.
5. Conversion Tracking & Marketing Analytics
- Implement, validate, and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Track website leads, form submissions, phone enquiries, and other relevant conversion actions.
- Integrate advertising data with CRM systems wherever possible.
- Analyze lead quality and downstream sales performance rather than relying solely on platform-reported leads.
- Identify tracking discrepancies, attribution issues, and data-quality problems.
- Prepare performance dashboards and actionable reports for management.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and corrective actions.
6. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and guide performance marketing executives and other team members involved in paid advertising.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Review campaign performance and ensure timely execution of optimization activities.
- Establish accountability for campaign results, reporting, and execution quality.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Content, Design, Website, and Technology teams.
- Provide clear instructions to team members and ensure campaigns are launched and optimized on schedule.
- Identify skill gaps and improve team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
