Open Roles

1. Senior Designers / Architects

Experience: 5–6+ years

- Lead high-end residential, commercial & hospitality projects
- Drive creative direction and concept development
- Translate client briefs into innovative, practical design solutions
- Lead client presentations and meetings
- Manage and mentor design teams
- Oversee project strategy, timelines, and delivery
- Ensure design quality, detailing, and execution standards
- Coordinate across consultants and vendors
- Balance creativity with commercial viability and project profitability

2. Junior Designers / Architects Experience: 2–3 years

- Assist in concept research, mood boards, and presentations
- Support space planning and design development




- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and documentation
- Assist in FF&E; selection and material research
- Coordinate with senior designers and execution teams
- Contribute to site coordination and project follow-ups
- Learn and apply studio design standards and workflows

Core Skills (Applicable to Both Roles)

- Solid design sensibility and spatial understanding
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design software tools
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E;
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

- Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
