Cogency is seeking experienced Senior Intelligence Analysts to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on national security, intelligence analysis, and government decision-making.

We are particularly interested in professionals with current or previous experience in civilian intelligence agencies such as the CIA, NSA, MI6/SIS, GCHQ, or equivalent national intelligence organizations.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Evaluate AI-generated intelligence assessments and national security scenarios for accuracy, realism, and analytical quality.

✅ Review and validate intelligence reports, threat assessments, and strategic analyses.

✅ Identify analytical gaps, unsupported conclusions, inconsistencies, and potential biases.

✅ Assess intelligence source credibility, analytical reasoning, and communication of uncertainty.

✅ Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated intelligence assessments and decision-making scenarios.

✅ Review and refine scenario-based materials reflecting realistic intelligence and national security challenges.

? Preferred Qualifications





- Current or previous professional experience within a civilian intelligence agency.
- Expertise in strategic intelligence, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, geopolitical analysis, or national security threats.
- Experience producing or reviewing intelligence assessments, analytical reports, or government briefings.
- Strong understanding of intelligence analysis methodologies, source evaluation, and analytical tradecraft.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess complex information objectively and communicate findings clearly.
