SENIOR HR GENERALISTFOOTWEAR MANUFACTURING

Rex Shoes – DEIEM India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to independently manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen people processes at our Bhiwadi manufacturing facility.

LOCATION: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

INDUSTRY: Footwear Manufacturing

ROLE: Full-time | Senior HR Position

EXPERIENCE: 5–8 Years

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional who can manage factory HR operations, drive employee engagement, ensure statutory compliance, and build effective HR systems that support organisational growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, manpower planning, joining formalities, and employee induction.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, maintain workforce discipline, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement employee KPIs and scorecards, coordinate appraisals, and support performance reviews.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, employee satisfaction surveys, and retention efforts.
- Factory HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, exits, and full-and-final settlements.




- HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and periodic management reports.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5–8 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within manufacturing or factory environments.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
