Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. This role involves leading the conceptualization and development of visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, branding projects, and promotional materials.

The Senior Graphic

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and video production teams to translate creative briefs into impactful designs, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining graphics, logos, brand guidelines, and typography systems, reviewing and mentoring work from junior designers,



and maintaining high design standards aligned with client objectives. The role also includes participating in client meetings, presenting design concepts, and adapting designs based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating digital and brand-focused work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating visual identities, brand guidelines, and cohesive design systems.
- Advanced skills in Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and customize type to enhance readability and brand expression.
- Highly skilled in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar platforms).
- Experience leading design projects end-to-end, including concept development, execution, and final delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple deadlines, and provide constructive design feedback.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience; agency or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
