Role Description The Senior Executive Purchase role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and placement of purchase orders for mechanical, electrical, and consumable items.

Purchase will coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to understand material requirements, ensure timely availability of parts, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Daily tasks include managing supplier relationships, monitoring delivery schedules,



verifying material quality against specifications, and updating purchase records in ERP or other systems. The role also involves cost optimization, market research for new suppliers and materials, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Experience in inventory and materials management, including stock planning, lead time management, and coordination with production.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing components, especially related to printing machinery, CNC parts, and industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in documentation, ERP or purchase management software, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain professional supplier relationships, with clear communication and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or machinery manufacturing setting, ideally in a purchase or supply chain function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
