Key Responsibilities:

- Drive digital recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Plan and manage online job advertisements and digital sourcing campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Group businesses, with a major focus on manufacturing and industrial hiring.
- Recruit for Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closures.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring performance, turnaround time, and sourcing effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience with a recruitment consultancy, staffing agency, or executive search firm is strongly preferred.
- Robust hands-on experience in digital recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, Naukri Resdex, and manufacturing recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
