Senior Executive Information Technology

JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintaining system and network availability
- Managing the system installation, including software and hardware.
- Performing tests, troubleshooting, and fixing the issue within a stipulated time.
- Implementing system security and data recovery plans.
- Training, transferring knowledge, and supporting his coordinates during crises.
- Supporting the internal audit team to maintain the documentation and evidence.
- Collaborating with other departments and understanding operational requirements
- Minimizing end user escalation and maintaining SLA requirements.
- Delegating tasks and supporting operations without any escalations.
- Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
- Exploring new innovation, process automation, and innovation.
- Maintaining data centre and cloud requirements.
- System patching and backup process validation.
- Responsible and accountable for overall quality,



safety and security of operations in the assigned area of work.
- Responsible for reporting to his supervisors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, or a university degree, would be preferred.

Technical certification (Network, Server or cloud)
