Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, highly creative, and strategic Copy Lead to drive end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, and client management. In this role, you will lead the creative narrative for key accounts, manage client relationships, mentor a team of copywriters, and partner with cross-functional leads to deliver high-impact 360-degree marketing campaigns.

• Creative Conceptualization

- 360-Degree Campaign Planning: Develop end-to-end creative strategies across digital, social media, performance ads, video production, website content, and print media.
- Brand Positioning & • Ideation:

Conceptualize big ideas, campaign taglines, ad copy frameworks, and brand narratives aligned with client business objectives.
- Consumer & • Market Insights:

Conduct audience research, competitor messaging audits, and market analysis to define compelling value propositions for new and existing brands.
- Data-Informed Copywriting: Leverage performance metrics, A/B testing results, and audience engagement data to continually refine and optimize ad messaging.

• Strategic Account Management

- Creative Pitching & • Presentations:

Lead creative pitches, present campaign frameworks, and defend creative rationale directly to brand managers and senior leadership.
- Client Relationship Building: Serve as the primary creative point of contact for key accounts, translating business requirements into strategic creative briefs.
- Feedback Management: Interpret client feedback constructively,



guiding the internal team to refine messaging without diluting the core strategic vision.

Collaborate with account management to align creative scope, deliverables, and timelines for smooth execution.

3. Team Leadership & • Creative Execution

- Team Management & • Mentorship:

Guide, direct, and mentor a team of copywriters, fostering a high-performing creative environment.
- Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and proofread all copy generated by the team to maintain high editorial standards, tone consistency, and brand alignment.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee workload distribution to ensure timely project delivery across fast-paced agency campaigns.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Performance Marketers, and Video Producers to deliver unified creative assets.
- Translate complex business offerings into clear, persuasive, and consumer-friendly copy across multiple channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, Landing Pages, and Web).

Requirements & • Qualifications

- Experience: 4–7 years of copywriting and content strategy experience in a digital or integrated creative agency, with at least 1–2 years handling client communication and campaign strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign strategies, creative taglines, ad copy, video scripts, and client presentation decks.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional command over written English, tone modulation, and brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing copy, and social media trends.
- Proven track record in direct client pitching and account management.
- Strong leadership, task management, and communication skills.
