Work Location: Kharghar, Recent Mumbai (From Office)

Work Shift:

- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Office)
- 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from Home)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and lead qualification for the U.S. market.

This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting and meeting generation

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 60+ cold calls daily targeting companies in the U.S. market
- Identify potential prospects and decision makers in U.S.-based companies
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the leadership team




- Maintain prospect and activity data in CRM
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for follow-up actions
- Track outreach metrics and meeting conversion performance

Required Experience

5-7 years of experience in lead generation and booking meetings for US market

Preferred past experience:

- Lead Generation Agencies
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding the targets

Skills Required

- Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience
- Excellent English communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset

Note: This is not an end-to-end sales role. We are looking for candidates with experience specifically in lead generation. Candidates who have worked with lead generation agencies will be preferred.
