Are you someone who gets genuinely excited when someone else wins? At SkillArbitrage, we're not just teaching skills — we're helping learners actually monetise them. And we need a Senior Associate – Learner Success to own that journey end-to-end.
What you'll do
? Mentor learners on freelancing, client acquisition, pitching & outreach
? Track progress, engagement, and hold learners accountable
? Help them push through rejection and low response rates
? Spot high-potential learners and drive them to their breakthrough
? Document real success stories — because that's our north star
What we're looking for
✅ Solid communication and follow-up skills
✅ A mentoring mindset — motivating AND holding people accountable
✅ Understanding of freelancing/client acquisition (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email)
✅ Comfort working with targets and measurable outcomes
Preferred (big plus, not mandatory):
⭐ Knowledge/hands-on experience in US Accounting, Bookkeeping, QuickBooks, US Tax, US Corporate Law, International Law, or Corporate Finance
Bonus points if you've freelanced yourself, worked with US clients/CPAs, or have prior coaching/mentoring experience.
