Role Description The SAP Group Reporting Consultant role at FINTL is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP Group Reporting solutions to meet complex consolidation and financial reporting requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing reporting structures, mapping financial data, and ensuring accurate group-level financial statements.

The role involves working closely with finance and accounting teams, troubleshooting system issues,



performing data validation and reconciliations, and preparing documentation and training materials. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting processes and contribute to continuous enhancement of financial systems and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements preparation within group consolidation environments.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles, corporate accounting, and consolidation processes.
- Background in Consulting, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting or related SAP finance modules (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, BPC) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
