Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Developer to support global customer operations through application development, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP CRM UI, CRM Middleware, and the CRM One Order Framework, along with experience integrating SAP applications with cloud platforms and third-party solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications using ABAP/4 and SAP CRM programming techniques.
- Provide technical consulting for the design and development of SAP CRM objects.
- Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, enhancements, and custom applications.
- Support application maintenance and production issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate SAP systems with cloud platforms and third-party applications.
- Develop and enhance CRM UI components using MVC architecture and BSP.
- Work on CRM Middleware, One Order Framework, and related technical components.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support data migration and transfer using BDC, LSMW, and BAPIs.
- Develop and maintain SmartForms, print programs, output types, and business document layouts.

Mandatory Skills




- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP/4 and RICEFW development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM UI, MVC architecture, and BSP components.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware.
- Experience with the SAP CRM One Order Framework.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Prospect Management, Activities, and Service Requests.
- Knowledge of Approval Workflows, GENIL, and BOL programming.
- Robust understanding of SAP dialog programming, enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.
- Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, global classes, interfaces, methods, and event handling.
- Experience integrating external web services using SOAP and REST.
- Knowledge of HANA-enabled SAP applications and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Object reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Strong commitment to quality, timely delivery, and production support.
