- Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft, APIs and system integrations.
- Experience generating synthetic test data, including SAP/source-system-like data structures.
- Strong scripting and automation skills to create, load and validate test data.
- Understanding of end-to-end transaction flows, interfaces and downstream processing.
- Exposure to Salesforce and Azure data components.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Playwright and GitHub Copilot.
