SAP CUTOVER MANAGER

Location: OFFSHORE (India-Remote)

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, or program delivery, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP cutover, deployment, release, or go-live management.
- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
- E0perience in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts.
- Experience managing cutover for at least 2 large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programs.
- Strong hands-on experience managing cutover for SAP S/4HANA implementations and global template rollouts.
- Experience coordinating integrated cutover activities across SAP applications, third-party systems, integrations, infrastructure, security, data migration, and business operations.
- Experience working with global template solutions with country/entity-specific localization and statutory requirements.
- Experience coordinating cutover activities for both SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Experience coordinating deployment and production readiness activities associated with SAP Joule Base Activation.
- Solid understanding of business-critical dependencies across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Asset Management, HR, Payroll,



Time Management, Reporting, Security, and Integration.
- This is an offshore leadership role requiring close collaboration with the Client, Global Template team, North America business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, integration teams, data migration teams, security teams, infrastructure teams, and the offshore delivery organization.
