Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Person role based in Lucknow, focused on selling electrical products and related materials.

The Sales

Person will identify and approach potential customers, present product features and benefits, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales. Daily activities include visiting clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with the operations and accounts teams on orders, deliveries, and payments, while keeping accurate records of sales activities and market feedback.

Person is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about market trends, and represent Sai Kripa Traders professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Knowledge of electrical products or willingness to quickly learn product specifications, applications, and industry requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present products clearly and respond to customer questions.
- Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and simple digital tools for maintaining records and reporting sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, travel locally for client visits, and manage time independently to meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in field sales, especially in electrical or industrial products, is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
