We are looking for ambitious MBA freshers specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development who want to build their careers in B2B sales, client acquisition, and technology-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients for IT services, software development, and AI solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries and business opportunities.
- Support B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition activities.
- Communicate with prospective clients, conduct follow-ups, and schedule business meetings.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain lead databases and track sales activities and conversion rates.
- Work toward business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.




- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA freshers only, preferably specializing in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital marketing, and lead-generation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site at our Noida office.
