About the Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify prospects, conduct demos, and close B2B customers.
- Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Establish sales processes and grow the sales team.
- Work closely with founders on business growth.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, software,



or CRM sales.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from an early stage.

Compensation This is a pure equity-based role with no fixed salary. We're looking for someone who wants to join an early-stage startup, take ownership of sales growth, and build the business alongside the founders.
