Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Manager will lead sales activities for flexible packaging products, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms in line with company policies. The role involves coordinating with production, design,



and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements.

The Sales

Manager will track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within manufacturing or packaging sectors.
- Experience in customer relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy and forecasting.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in flexible packaging, printing, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
