✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- 1–8 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory open-market sales experience in Home Loans/LAP
- Team-handling experience required for ABM roles
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- NBFC, DSA, real estate & loan aggregator experience preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Acquire and manage DSAs and channel partners
- Drive business growth through open-market sourcing
- Build strong partner relationships and expand distribution networks
- Achieve business targets and strengthen market presence
