Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida, with a salary up to 4.2 LPA.

The Sales

Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, property presentations, site visits, and closing transactions.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable real estate options. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, updating CRM systems, preparing basic sales reports,



and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The Sales

Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, stay informed about market trends, and participate in promotional activities or events as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs, present solutions clearly, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM or sales tracking systems for maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Comfort with fieldwork, property site visits, and working in a target-driven environment in the Noida region.
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales will also be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, maintain professionalism, and adhere to ethical business practices.
