Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role at Shokki Decor is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will drive sales by engaging with customers, presenting product features and advantages, and closing transactions in-store and through direct outreach. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and supporting promotional activities across digital and offline channels.

The role involves coordinating visual merchandising,



collecting customer feedback, and providing insights to improve product positioning and brand awareness. The executive will collaborate closely with management to meet sales targets, expand market reach, and uphold Shokki Decor’s luxury brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales skills, including customer engagement, relationship building, and closing techniques.
- Marketing skills focused on campaign execution, brand promotion, and product positioning.
- Market Planning and Market Research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present luxury products effectively.
- Prior experience in retail, home décor, lifestyle, or luxury products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with social media or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
