TabAirTrade is a global B2B aviation parts marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and MRO providers worldwide. We're hiring a Sales Associate in Bangalore to own our sales pipeline end-to-end prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with airlines, MROs, and parts buyers/sellers.

This role starts as a paid 3-month internship. You won't be shadowing you'll be running a real pipeline from day one. Strong, consistent performers are converted to a permanent, full-time role at the end of the internship.

What you'll do

- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals
- Sell TabAirTrade subscription plans and aircraft parts sourcing services to airlines, MROs, and parts buyers/sellers
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across the aviation industry
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate contracts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Track pipeline activity and report on sales performance




- Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams for a smooth client handoff

Internship to permanent

- First 3 months: paid internship upto Rs. 20,000/month fixed stipend
- Performance reviewed against pipeline activity and sales targets throughout
- Strong performers move into a permanent, full-time role with a fixed salary
- Continuation beyond the internship is based on demonstrated performance, activity, and productivity

- Freshers, MBA graduates, and experienced professionals (1–3 years) are all welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable owning a full sales cycle
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Bangalore
- Genuine interest in the aviation/aerospace industry
