About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Associate to join our franchise expansion team at TBWX – The Belgian Waffle Xpress.
The candidate will connect with prospective franchise partners, explain our franchise model, manage sales leads, and assist in converting interested prospects into franchise partners.
This is an excellent prospect for freshers looking to build a career in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Follow-ups
Contact prospective franchise partners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Follow up with inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand prospects’ business interests and investment capabilities.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Franchise Sales & Business Development
Explain the TBWX franchise model, investment requirements, and onboarding process.
Share franchise details and presentations with prospective partners.
Identify qualified leads and schedule meetings with the senior sales team.
Assist in converting qualified prospects into franchise bookings.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up schedules.
Update the company’s CRM or designated sales tracking system.
Submit daily reports covering calls,
follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and prevent leads from being missed.
- Sales Targets & Performance
Work towards daily calling, follow-up, and monthly sales targets.
Consistently engage with prospects and improve conversion rates.
Learn sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing from senior team members.
Skills & Requirements
Freshers with a graduate degree or candidates pursuing their final year may apply.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Prior sales experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Growth
Monthly Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000, depending on the candidate’s communication skills, capabilities, and suitability.
