We are looking for a skilled RPG / AS400 / LANSA Developer with robust experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications on IBM AS400 (IBM i) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RPG programming, LANSA development, database management, and application troubleshooting to support business requirements and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG, AS400, and LANSA technologies.
- Work on RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, and CL programming.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using LANSA development tools.
- Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work with DB2/400 databases, SQL queries, and data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Support application enhancements, system upgrades,



and production issues.
- Ensure code quality, system reliability, and proper technical documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in RPG, AS400 (IBM i), and LANSA.
- Proficiency in RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400.
- Experience in application development, maintenance, and modernization.
- Good understanding of SQL, database management, and system integration.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
