About the Company

Really Agritech Private Limited is an importer and distributor of agricultural machinery and equipment in India, with a growing pan-India distribution network. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition function and support manpower requirements across various business functions.

Job Summary The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements, and sourcing quality candidates aligned with the company’s business objectives. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, effective stakeholder coordination and the ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate selection, offer release and joining.

Coordinate with department heads and management to understand job requirements, candidate profiles and hiring priorities.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants and other relevant channels.

Conduct resume screening and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills and suitability.

Manage recruitment across sales, business development, customer engagement,



finance and accounts, marketing, operations, supply chain and warehouse functions, along with other business requirements.

Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, collect feedback and ensure timely recruitment decisions.

Manage salary negotiations within approved budgets and coordinate offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database for current and future manpower requirements.

Track recruitment progress, joining commitments and candidate dropouts to improve hiring efficiency.

Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular reports on vacancy status, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joinings.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, sourcing effectiveness and quality of hire.

Build relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants and other talent acquisition partners.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to company recruitment policies and processes.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Prior experience in a trading, distribution, manufacturing, engineering or other similar business environment will be preferred.





Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate sourcing and screening techniques.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and MIS reporting.

Strong organisational skills, accountability and a result-oriented approach.

Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring, understand business manpower requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines. The candidate should demonstrate solid ownership, effective coordination and the ability to support the company’s growth through quality talent acquisition.

Compensation: ₹5–7.5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

Work Location: Kolshet Road, Thane West, Maharashtra.
