Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Order Execution Executive to support our EPC projects, equipment manufacturing operations and international order execution activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order execution cycle, including vendor sourcing, procurement, purchase order placement, manufacturing follow-ups, inspection coordination and final dispatch.

The role requires close coordination with engineering teams, project managers, suppliers and inspection agencies to ensure timely procurement and successful execution of EPC and industrial equipment orders.

Key Responsibilities

- EPC Procurement &

• Order Execution: Support procurement and order execution activities for EPC projects and industrial equipment supply contracts.
- Purchase Order Management: Review customer POs, technical specifications and delivery commitments; prepare and issue vendor purchase orders.
- Vendor Sourcing &

- Development: Identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers,



obtain quotations, conduct commercial comparisons and negotiate pricing.
- Manufacturing Follow-ups: Monitor vendor production schedules, track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- PDI &
- Quality Coordination: Arrange Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI), coordinate with customers, third-party inspection agencies and quality teams, and follow up on inspection observations.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding drawings, specifications, materials and technical clarifications.
- Documentation &
- Reporting: Maintain purchase orders, inspection reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC), invoices, packing lists and order status reports.
- Dispatch &
- Logistics: Coordinate equipment packing, transportation and dispatch documentation for domestic and international orders.
- Project Coordination: Track procurement milestones, identify potential delays and support timely execution of EPC project deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchase management or order execution.
- Experience in EPC companies, engineering projects, heavy fabrication or industrial equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, technical specifications and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement procedures and commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing inspections, quality documentation and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and ERP systems.
- Robust communication, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple orders and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to visit vendor facilities for production follow-ups and inspections.
